It took some careful planning and specification but a 2nd en-suite was squeezed into the top floor of our lovely clients house in Clapham. Scale of tiles helps the spacious feel of the bijou room 👏
We provided full design services for our client on a non extension renovation project, to update existing rooms and create new spaces within their townhouse.

Another PLANNING APPROVAL! In @royal_greenwich for our client. An extension to an old extension, approved following a pre-application process with the planning department. A sensitive and neighbourly considerate approach to design achieved a great space that now deals with a large rear level difference- finally connecting the house to a beautiful long garden.

TeamSJA are super pleased to have achieved planning consent on a tricky site in Croydon for a seven unit residential scheme.

Following an enforcement notice, Proceeds of Crime Act order & bankruptcy proceedings, we were appointed as the designers for the Fixed Charge Receivers to maximise realisation for the creditors.

A difficult and sensitive site in its planning history, and location, we worked with LB of Croydon planning department through an extensive pre-application process to receive planning permission this week!

The devil is in the detail. In this case the devil is in the drawing details! This small fix at the end of a project was made possible by team SJA. We were able to help the site team with by designing and drawing a bespoke beam chamfer detail to assist reroofing work over the end of a protruding steel beam. Our help allowed for the roof to be promptly weather proofed before the rain arrives again! The detail has allowed the beam to be lifted up to maximise head height in the rooms below. #structuralengineering #solutions #sustainability #cutwaste #architecture
